The collection brings together selected properties from participating Harcourts markets, including Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and South Africa, with more markets to be introduced as the brand grows. Each property is included through a review process, helping ensure the collection remains focused on quality, presentation, location and overall distinction.

A new expression of a long-standing brand

Prestige by Harcourts is new, but the name behind it is not.

Harcourts has been part of real estate since 1888, with a network built on local relationships, market knowledge and a long-standing understanding of property. Prestige by Harcourts draws on that foundation to create a dedicated space for selected luxury properties across participating markets.

Currently featuring properties across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and South Africa, the collection will continue to expand as more Harcourts markets are introduced.

Call to action

Every Harcourts listing is checked against a Prestige price qualifier relevant to its market. This first step identifies properties that may be suitable for Prestige.

Listings that meet the price qualifier are then reviewed by a Harcourts team member. This ensures the collection is not based on price alone.

The review considers the property’s presentation, location, quality, market appeal and overall distinction.

Only properties that meet the price qualifier and are approved through review can be represented as Prestige by Harcourts. This includes inclusion on the Prestige website and the use of Prestige branding across approved marketing materials, such as print, digital collateral and signboards.

How properties are selected for Prestige

Prestige by Harcourts is an exclusive property collection. To be included, each listing must first meet a market-based price qualifier, then be reviewed and approved before it can be represented under the Prestige by Harcourts brand.
